I understand that the passion of growing a business can come with the overwhelm of managing HR practices and employment legislation. I bring over 15 years' HR experience, managing and guiding businesses through complex people issues in a variety of sectors.
My approach is professional, empathetic and grounded in real-world experience - with a dash of humour to make the process enjoyable. I hold a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Level 7 ILM qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
