Get to know me

I've always been drawn to working with people - it's what first led me into a career in hospitality and later into HR, spanning multiple sectors and specialisms. By 2021, I'd landed what seemed like my dream role on paper: shaping the people agenda for an amazing small charity with a mission I deeply cared about. But despite the alignment on the surface, something felt off.

In early 2022 I took the decision to leave my permanent role, set up my own HR Consultancy and train as a Leadership Coach.  Receiving coaching myself and completing rigorous coach training was transformational. It gave me clarity on how to step into my confidence, build a fulfilling career and create balance in my life - and inspired me to help others achieve the same. â€‹â€‹

At the heart of everything I do is a desire to help others be the best they can be -  for themselves, their communities, and the planet.  I do this through coaching and through supporting mission-led businesses with their people agenda. I strive to bring humour, humility and humanity into everything I do.

A little more about me

I’m mum to two little awesome humans, wife to my husband Jeff, coffee & chocolate lover, flexitarian-going-vegetarian, and recovering perfectionist & people pleaser (always a work in progress!). My happy place is outdoors—whether it’s walking, hiking, or just soaking up nature with my kids, who are my world.

I love a good book and always have a couple on the go, usually a mix of fiction and non-fiction.

I care deeply about leaving behind a planet my kids can thrive in, and I try to live and work in a way that reflects that. â€‹

Paying it forward

I feel fortunate that I am where I am and I find it hugely rewarding to impart my knowledge and skills to help others.

As part of the Beyond Barriers Scheme, I mentor Kingston University students from traditionally underrepresented groups to help them grow, develop and fulfil their potential. â€‹

I'm proud to be certified 'Carbon Literate' (highly recommend the training) and volunteer as a Workshop Facilitator for Climate Edvisiting Primary Schools in and around London to teach children about climate change and empower them to take action. I love doing these sessions - kids ask the best questions and come up with the wackiest inventions!

In my opinion we all have an increasing responsibility to be environmentally friendly and reduce our carbon footprint, so that our children and grandchildren get to enjoy our planet in all its beauty and diversity. As part of this, I partner with Just One Tree and plant a tree for every client that works with me.

"Working with Inga has been transformative for me. She has given me the tools and confidence to be able to more successfully manage difficult work situations and has also challenged me to develop my identity as a leader. Her patience, insight, and encouragement have made such a difference to me, and I can honestly say that engaging with coaching with Inga has been one of the most empowering things I have done throughout my career. "

Test Manager

"Inga helped me to become a better version of myself. One that I did not know I had in me, and that certainly wouldn't have been able to bring up before having her as my coach.

The entire journey was an adventure on every session, and Inga made that happen. She provided me with guidance, questions, tools, and challenges that elevated me to the next stage of my personal and professional life. I have nothing but gratitude to Inga, for giving a voice to my inner-self, and for helping me to shape my destiny into a promising future."

HR Manager

"Inga was immediately warm in her approach and communications encouraging me that she would create a safe space. We had a fantastic session. Inga gently challenges and encourages all the way. She ensured I got some options to get to my goals with a follow up email with extra development ideas. I highly recommend Inga as a coach to help you get to your goals!"
